** All Dates are as accurate as possible as of 6/3/10.  Field Show participation will be announced at the parent/ student meeting on May 11th.

It is important to remember that Camp starts at 7:45am each day.  We will meet on the soccer field, behind the elementary building at 7:45am.  If you need to drop off your lunch, instrument or any other item in the band room, please show up before 7:45.

Do not forget that you should eat a light (no bacon, etc.), balanced (carbs and protein), healthy (not fast food) breakfast before camp each day.  Please bring your own lunch and snacks on a daily basis.  It is your responsibility to regulate your food intake and to make sure that sufficient fluids are consumed on a daily basis to combat heat and dehydration.

Please apply sunscreen, 30 spf or higher with uva/uvb protection, 30 minutes prior to the 7:45am start time.  Then please reapply per the directions on the sunscreen bottle.  You’ll also want to bring a water bottle, hat, and sunglasses.  Please dress as if you were attending PE class, i.e. mesh shorts, t-shirt, socks, and athletic shoes.
