Please download, print, fill-out, and return this form to Anna in the Elem. office or Mr. Dingeldein. Please make checks payable to the Oro Grande School District. Please notate on the order form, by listing or printing the HD Scrip Retailer list and circling the x’s, the retailer, the total amount for that store, and the denomination of the cards. Thank you.
