Please notate on the order form, by listing or printing the HD Scrip Retailer list and circling the x’s, the retailer, the total amount for that store, and the denomination of the cards. Thank you.
Next order Nov. 16th and the cards will be ready on Nov. 19th for pick-up. All orders need to be to Mr. D by 9am!
